| To create the perfect smoky eye, start with your normal eye primer and apply one of the 4 eye shades from lash root to crease of eye and blend well. Use the flat liner brush and dip into the gel liner- press the gel into lash line following the shape of the eye. Curl your lashes and apply several coats of the mascara, wiggling from the root and up. |
