Summer Essentials – Glamping

Summer is the perfect time to go camping – or, as I prefer, “glamping” :)

Why not add a little bit of luxe to your outdoor adventures?

For an amazing getaway, I love the Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur – it’s just the right balance of SUPER luxury and nature, and is so serene.

No matter where you’re “glamping” this summer, make sure you’re looking great with a few beauty essentials.

Sweep on an exfoliating toner morning & night – this will help to deep clean your skin and make your skin look extra radiant. Make sure to apply a good sunscreen after.

Use a tinted face gel to get a gorgeous, super-hydrating veil of colour that will hide imperfections while still letting your skin shine through.

Keep a translucent lip balm handy to ensure super smooth, moisturized lips. Also dab onto cuticles and any skin dryness in a pinch!

Go for a fun hint of colour on an otherwise natural look – a bright nail polish is the ultimate in long-wear makeup and gives a cheery feel to any adventure!

Don’t forget to bring some family-friendly multipurpose helpers: on-the-go freshening wipes, natural bug repellant, dry shampoo, and energizing lemongrass & ginger body oil (which will also help to keep away any pesky insects).
