Pixi is committed to customer satisfaction. If your product(s) arrives damaged from www.pixibeauty.com, simply return to us within 30 days and we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons. But we will ship the replacement product(s) back for free!
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
All returns must include an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA number will be returned to sender.
Pixi will cover the cost of returning your damaged goods. We will refund the original form of payment within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return.
How to Return
Prior to returning your damaged item(s)
1. Enter your order details and select the item(s) you’re returning.
2. We will send you:
i. Return Authorization Number
ii. Return Shipping Label
3. Print your return insert and return postage label
4. When returning your damaged product(s), include the original packing slip and specify if you are requiring a refund or replacement.
