I like the colour and the sheerness. It's a little stiff so takes a few swipes to warm up, but it feels nice and light on the lips. Not sure if it's super hydrating but it feels pretty nice. It has a slight minty scent and slightly sweet taste.
The shade Poppy has yellow/gold shimmer in it, despite Pixi customer service saying it does not. I bought this shade and found that it was sparkly, so Pixi gave me a replacement saying that it is not supposed to be. The replacement is also shimmery, so I'm just going to assume that Poppy is supposed to be shimmery. Not a fan as the shimmers can be a bit irritating, so might look to try a different shade.
Good experience with customer service, but seems like they don't know their product too well.
