This is one of the eyeliners I’ve used that gives me the most precise lines so far! I really like how easy it is to control, and that it glides on smoothly. The tip is fine enough to get really close to my lash line without stressing about making one side bigger than the other and then trying to fix it until I somehow end up with both lids all black LOL. It dries pretty fast and has good staying power too, but that also makes it harder to remove at night.

By sealing makeup with powder, this eyeliner becomes waterproof. It is not grease-proof. That if you haven't sealed the base it will run... so yes it works perfectly in the water line and above the eyelashes and is very precise with a very fine tip and good ink
Best liquid liner! Trust me I have done the homework. I have hooded eyes and struggle with liners bleeding onto the lid. THIS STAYS PUT!! I always buy two at a time to be sure I have one on hand.
I have a crepey eyelid on one side so struggle with liner - my friend recommended this in black to try a thinner line on my lash base.
